NEOTEC is the air spring brand of TIP-TOPOL – a Polish, family-owned manufacturer that has built air springs since 1988, longer than most aftermarket brands have existed. It is not a trading label with a logo on someone else’s product.
The company started with air springs for Ikarus buses and grew into a full-scale European manufacturer. Today the range covers 850+ references for trucks, trailers and buses, produced in Polska Wieś, near Pobiedziska, Poland, and exported worldwide.
TIP-TOPOL supplies OE manufacturers directly. The same production lines, the same rubber compounds and the same quality discipline apply to every NEOTEC air spring that reaches the aftermarket.

TIP-TOPOL has been a benchmark in the automotive industry since 1988, when engineers Witold Borucki and Wiesław Ziółkowski founded the company. Today it designs and manufactures air suspension components, operates its own R&D laboratory, and serves OE manufacturers and aftermarket distributors worldwide.
Every NEOTEC air spring is manufactured in Poland, at our dedicated production facility – part of a 23,600 m² footprint, all under one quality system. Our press shop operates a large fleet of pressing machines, delivering a production capacity of over a million air springs a year.

TIP-TOPOL is founded
Two engineers, Witold Borucki and Wiesław Ziółkowski, establish TIP-TOPOL and enter the automotive industry, laying the industrial foundation NEOTEC stands on today.
Production for Ikarus buses begins
Production starts with air springs for Ikarus buses, a reference still manufactured today, alongside 850+ air spring references for commercial vehicle suspension, cabs and seats, exported to 60+ countries.
Air spring manufacturing moves to Polska Wieś
To support growing production, manufacturing relocates to refurbished facilities in Polska Wieś, near Pobiedziska – still the site of NEOTEC's air spring production today.
The NEOTEC brand is born
Rapid growth in air spring sales calls for a dedicated brand. NEOTEC is introduced – a dedicated quality identity for the commercial vehicle aftermarket, alongside production for several global private labels.
Certified to automotive OE standards
The management system is certified to ISO/TS 16949, alongside ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, opening direct cooperation with renowned truck manufacturers as an OE supplier. Today the plant operates under IATF 16949:2016.
Air spring plant expansion – capacity doubled
After two years of construction, the largest investment in the company's history is completed. State-of-the-art production technology doubles air spring capacity – the plant NEOTEC ships from today.
Capacity expansion – 8 new vulcanization presses
A new warehouse, a new 3,600 m² production hall, and 8 new vulcanization presses come online. The investment, completed in early 2023, raises total production capacity by 14% – to 1,100,000 units a year.
NEOTEC at Automechanika Shanghai
NEOTEC presents its range at Automechanika Shanghai – the first edition of the show to use all 15 halls of the venue. Another step in building NEOTEC's presence across Asian markets.
