The NEOTEC Quality Triangle™
Three proofs. One reliability.
NEOTEC quality is built as a system, not a claim. It starts with NRX™ material know-how, is secured by OELine™ production discipline, and is validated through N9M™ endurance testing.
A proof-based quality system for commercial vehicle
air springs.
The NEOTEC Quality Triangle™ connects material, process and endurance proof into one reliability framework for the aftermarket. NRX™, OELine™ and N9M™ are designed to work together – so quality can be explained, documented and used in distributor conversations.
For truck, trailer and bus air springs, this means a clear quality logic: controlled material, repeatable production and laboratory endurance validation.
One system, three named proofs.
01 · MATERIAL
NRX™
NEOTEC Rubber eXtremeRubber know-how developed for demanding commercial vehicle operating conditions. The same compound standard used across OE and aftermarket production – engineered to sustain 9 million load cycles without performance loss.
- Protected compound formulations
- Temperature resilience
- Batch-to-batch consistency
02 · pROCESS
OELine™
OE-grade manufacturing disciplineOE-grade production logic applied to aftermarket air springs: same lines, same discipline, same rubber standard. The result: repeatable performance across every reference in the range.
- Unified production methodology
- Rigorous process control
- Full traceability
03 · PROOF
N9M™
NEOTEC 9 million cycles of endurance testingMost aftermarket air springs are never tested to failure. N9M™ sets a different standard: a fatigue benchmark high enough to reflect real commercial vehicle service life. Documented well enough to share.
- 9 million fatigue test cycles
- Documented laboratory conditions

What performs quietly saves loudly.
Material, process and proof – engineered together so quality never has to announce itself.
NRX™
The material pillar of the NEOTEC Quality Triangle™
NRX™ (NEOTEC Rubber eXtreme) is NEOTEC’s proprietary European rubber compound, developed for commercial vehicle air springs. It is engineered for a balanced material profile: flexibility in low temperatures, stability under heat exposure, and resistance to the ageing factors that affect long-term performance.
A trailer running Nordic routes in January will be working Southern European corridors by August, when asphalt temperatures exceed +60°C. The air spring doesn’t get to choose easier conditions – NRX™ is engineered for the full range, not just the average day.
One compound logic. One quality standard. One material foundation behind NEOTEC air springs.
Cold-flex retention
Heat & UV stability
Low-temperature flexibility
Maintains material flexibility down to -50°C, supporting elasticity and sealing behavior in demanding cold-climate conditions.
Heat exposure stability
Designed for stable performance up to +60°C, with validated tolerance for periodic temperature peaks beyond that range.
Ageing resistance
Supports long-term resistance against oxygen, ozone, UV and environmental exposure, helping reduce material ageing and surface cracking.
Proven in real service
Beyond the laboratory, NEOTEC air springs are monitored in daily commercial and municipal fleet operation, where units have stayed in service for years, not months. Field feedback flows straight back into material and process control.
OELine™
The process pillar of the NEOTEC Quality Triangle™
NEOTEC air springs are made on the same production lines, from the same compounds and through the same technological process as the air springs we supply to OE manufacturers. Not an
OE-inspired version built down for the aftermarket. The same build. OELine™ is the discipline that keeps it that way: controlled work instructions, repeatable production stages, and full traceability from raw material to finished product.
One process: stable, repeatable and compliant. Unit after unit.
Built to OE-level standards. Applied with one production logic.
Built alongside OE
NEOTEC aftermarket air springs run on the same OE production lines, with the same compounds and the same work instructions as our OE deliveries.
Full traceability
Traceability covers the complete path from raw material to finished air spring, helping maintain control over each batch and unit.
Testing discipline
In-house validation environment is connected with production logic, so validation supports continuous product confidence.
Certified quality system
Production is certified to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and regularly audited to support consistent quality and environmental discipline.
N9M™
The endurance proof pillar of the NEOTEC Quality Triangle™
N9M™ is a laboratory validation standard. It confirms that a representative NEOTEC air spring has passed a defined fatigue test under controlled, rigorous conditions.
Representative NEOTEC air spring families are tested to a minimum of 9,000,000 compression and expansion cycles
– the equivalent of more than 35 days of continuous, uninterrupted machine operation.
9,000,000 cycles, documented.
