The range is structured into four categories: Complete & Service Assemblies (ABM, ABK, ABV), Air Springs Bellows (AB, rolling lobe only), Convoluted Air Springs (ABT, for lift axle and auxiliary systems), and Cabin & Seat Air Springs (ABC, ABS).

Warranty claims should be submitted in writing as soon as possible after the defect is discovered, within the applicable warranty period, accompanied by proof of purchase and part identification. Claims are typically resolved within 14 days.

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, provided the product has been selected, stored, installed and operated in accordance with the applicable OE part number, NEOTEC’s installation instructions, and normal commercial vehicle operating conditions.

NEOTEC air springs are covered by a manufacturer warranty of up to 3 years from the date of production – longer than the 2-year industry standard. Exact terms can vary by market and are confirmed with your NEOTEC contact.

NEOTEC quality communication is built around material, process, and test evidence – not claims alone. Independent lab data – ageing resistance, fatigue testing, material analysis – is available for internal review through the Proof Pack, so distributors and their customers can verify the story rather than take it on faith.

This is most often caused by a faulty shock absorber or an incorrectly adjusted level control valve. Check the condition of the shock absorbers, adjust the level control valves correctly, and make sure the air spring matches the vehicle’s OE part number.

The main cause is overloading the vehicle – exceeding its maximum permissible weight. The fix is straightforward: never exceed the maximum weight of the vehicle.

This type of deformation typically happens during transport, handling, or storage, when the product isn’t properly protected. Make sure the air spring is correctly protected at every stage of transport and handling.

Usually it’s foreign objects – stones, dirt, or sand – getting between the bellow and the piston, or an incorrect part fitted to the vehicle. Always select the air spring that matches the OE part number, and regularly check for and remove any debris between the bellow and the piston.

This is typically the result of exceeding the recommended tightening torque, or using oil or lubricant on threaded connections that shouldn’t be lubricated. Follow the maximum recommended tightening torque, and never use oil or lubricants on this type of threaded connection.

Mechanical damage most often occurs during transport and handling. Ensure the product is properly protected during transport, handling, and while in operation, and keep the air suspension at the required air pressure during the ride.

Every air spring goes through six stages: it’s manufactured, then distributed to the vehicle or fleet. During its service life it’s used under normal operating conditions. Once worn, it’s replaced and handed over to a licensed waste collection company, which processes and recycles the material – closing the loop responsibly.

A worn-out air spring isn’t simply discarded – it’s transferred to a licensed waste collection company for proper processing and recycling, rather than being left as unmanaged waste.
