NEOTEC rolling lobe air spring bellows (AB series) are supplied without top and bottom metal parts. The metal components stay mounted on the vehicle and are replaced independently of the bellows. Engineered and made in Europe.
What are air spring bellows?
The bellows is the rubber part of the air spring, the flexible membrane that rolls over the piston and carries the load. In the AB series it is supplied on its own, without the top and bottom metal parts, which stay on the vehicle and are replaced independently.
Most of the NEOTEC AB range goes into bus suspension, reflecting how this design has traditionally been specified for that segment.
Where the metal parts need replacing as well, the same bellows is available complete in the ABK series.
Built mainly for buses.
The AB series is used above all in bus suspension, and in smaller truck applications alongside it. Bus suspension is where a bellows works hardest: less installation space, higher operating temperatures around the unit, and a duty cycle of constant stops rather than steady road miles.

Same warranty, either way
NEOTEC does not shorten the warranty for harder applications. An AB bellows in a city bus carries the same cover of up to 3 years as one in a truck.
