NEOTEC complete and service assemblies cover the ABM, ABK and ABV series: rolling lobe air springs for commercial vehicle suspension replacement, from bellows supplied with mounted metal parts to complete units with integrated top plates, pistons and a vulcanised rubber-to-metal bond.
What are Complete & Service Assemblies?
These are NEOTEC air springs supplied with the metal or composite parts already fitted, not as a standalone bellows.
The family covers three series: ABM with an integrated crimped top plate and piston, ABK built on AB series bellows fitted with metal parts, and ABV with a vulcanised top plate. Complete assemblies are supplied with the piston. Service assemblies come without it, for cases where the piston stays on the vehicle.
Each series comes as a complete assembly with the piston, or as a service assembly without it.

NEOTEC complete and service assemblies work in the load-carrying suspension of commercial vehicles, not in cab or seat suspension. ABM carries the widest application span, ABV is built mainly for Mercedes trucks and buses, and ABK applies where an AB bellows needs to arrive with its metal parts already fitted.
ABM series, integrated crimped top plate
ABM is the core of the family and the usual starting point for most replacements. The bellows is permanently bonded to its metal and/or composite components, so what arrives is a ready-to-fit suspension part rather than a set to put together. It covers the most widely used truck and trailer types, increasingly buses as well. Supplied as a complete assembly with the piston, in steel or composite, or as a service assembly without it.
ABK series, AB bellows with metal parts fitted
ABK is the AB series bellows supplied with the metal components already fitted, the alternative to ordering a standalone bellows and the configuration most often chosen for first-fit supply. It comes as a set with both the top plate and the piston, or with the piston only. Like the AB series, it supports ride comfort, ride height adjustment and stable levelling as the load changes.
ABV series, vulcanised top plate for permanent rubber-to-metal bond
ABV is built mainly for Mercedes trucks and buses. Its differentiator is the vulcanised top plate, a permanent rubber-to-metal bond rather than a crimped joint. Supplied as a complete assembly with the piston fitted, or as a service assembly without it. A VOSS 232 connector can be supplied with the set on request.
